You may obtain return authorization by visiting our Returns Center or via phone, Live Chat or e-mail. You will then be able to print a prepaid return shipping label. You may drop the package at any FedEx location. Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 restocking and handling fee per order deducted from the refund.

You can also return items in just a few clicks, no printer required. Please generate a QR return code and bring the item(s) you wish to return along with the shoe box and original tags, to one of our Express Returns locations. As an added bonus, we’ll combine your return with others nearby, meaning less cardboard, less carbon emissions, and a happier planet.

Visit our Returns Center to start your return online. Choose Express Returns for the Drop-off option. Simply follow the steps below:

• Select Drop-off as your returns method
• Retrieve your drop-off QR code from your return confirmation email
• Take your return along with the shoe box (no label required) and QR code to the chosen Express Returns location
• Show your QR code to the associate, hand over your item(s), and you're done!

We gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. This excludes clearance items which may not be returned or exchanged.
